I'm the only one that use it and I'm older than 18. this happened right after i subscribed to the Xbox pass. i looked it up on how to fix it but everything shows to do it on the console I'm on pc and only the pc

Hey there rudi,

Have you already taken a look at your Xbox privacy and online safety settings? Make sure that you are set to "allow user content" set up this way you have access to that. If the issue persists then I would advise attempting to Physically Power Cycle your
Xbox One and then giving it another try once the console has restarted.

Thank you so much for the response. If that is the case then why was I able to download DESTROY ALL HUMANS, with it also having an age restriction of +16? Also how do I check my age restrictions? My Microsoft account also shows that my age is well over 16 years, unless my Microsoft account is separate from my Xbox account
