Age restricted account, yet I'm 29

Since you’re well past the age limit, this restriction shouldn’t be happening.

Kindly check your birthdate by going to https://account.microsoft.com > Your Info and verify that your birthdate is correct.

And then remove yourself from a family group because even if you don’t remember setting up Microsoft Families, your account might still be linked. Visit Microsoft Family Settings and remove yourself from any family group: https://account.microsoft.com/family/

EA games may have more stringent restrictions preventing child accounts from playing online. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is ESRB rated Teen so if your child is not yet a teen then that may be why the account cannot play the game online.

I'll note that once the age has been set on the Microsoft child account then it must age naturally until it reaches 18 (20 in Japan and South Korea) and you will unlikely be able to change the age to get around age restrictions.

I'm sorry but official support cannot help you circumvent age-restrictions set up on your account.

Your Xbox Live account's status has nothing to do with the age restriction. The age on your EA account I'm guessing is under the age of 13. EA doesn't allow those under 13 to play their online services.

I'm just wondering, I know it says "Rage Quitting Kids" but it doesn't say any age restrictions. I'm a pretty well-handled self-control player, but I'm wondering if there are any age restrictions at all?
