    So i opened my xbox app and coudnt find most of my games in my collection. so I searched for crackdown 3 which i had been playing recently and it showed up as available, byt when i click on it,:

     so my question is how do i fix this? i dont know how all of a sudden i have age restriction when im in my 40s.

    In this concern simply sign out your account on the Xbox App and then sign back in and you should be able to install the game.

    no not even the games they show can change the fact that microsoft have abandoned gamers completely with all these restricitions, the tv , music , movies , and apps dont have any restricitions , you can do all that stuff OFFLINE. All the restricitons are
    towards gaming. The only way microsoft can redeem themselves is if they get rid rid of all the restricitions to gamers and show good games.

    Are you perhaps a member of a Family Pack? If you go to Settings --> Account, is there an option there to Promote your account? If so, you will need to promote your account to an adult account, verified by adding a Payment Option to your account to validate
    your age. On the other hand, if there was a mistake made when the date of birth was first registered at account creation, then you will have to wait for the age indicated on the account to reach that of legal adult status in your region.
