    Hello,

    i cant open Age of empires III complete collection from Steam. I search a lot on google and youtube but nothing helps.

    already tried:

    - MSXML 4.0

    - Legacy Dependencies. DirectPlay

    - Reinstall the game

    - Switch off steam interface

    Can anyone help me?

    I would like to clarify, did you purchase the game through Microsoft Store? If yes, kindly make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game was purchased.

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, locate the game and make sure that the status is "completed". Once confirmed, sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as your Xbox App, and then quit both apps before signing back in under the correct Microsoft account.

    Thank you. Can you please search Age of Empires Definitive Edition Edition on the Xbox App and check if you will have the option to install the game?

    I just checked here on my end and everything seems to be working just fine.
