Age of Empires III: DE synchronisation issue

I just want to confirm does the error occur in other games or just in the game Age of Empires III?

Kindly turn off the firewall during the synchronization as it may block the installation/sync of data.

If I may ask, are you connected to the internet wired or wireless?

If wireless, please use an ethernet cable to have a wired connection as it is possible that there could be an issue with the network fluctuation during the synchronization.

I just want to clarify, when you were able to re-install the game, were you able to complete the synchronizing and installing the package parts?

My PC is connected to the internet wireless. But I don’t think that’s the problem.

And before when I re-install the game, the error can still be fixed. But now it cannot be fixed even I re-install it.

Should I turn off the firewall? Or should install some runtime? By the way I’m using a Windows 11.

Thanks for your reply. Well, I update my windows, Xbox, DirectX and everything I know. The game can launch successfully. But it’s a one time solution, when I start PC next morning. It’s just keep saying synchronizing. And Windows don’t update everyday so I can’t play the game.
