Age of Empires 4 Crashes on startup

I have problem playing the game. I was playing normally back in the days but now want to return and i can't log into the game. Crashing the first 2-3 seconds in the intro video.
i tried clean install, changed antivirus, gave permision, run as administrator, checked the timezone of my pc, repaired game, repaired xbox, removed many applications i installed the last months, i did every update on windows, gpu etc, i even rolled back my pc and my gpu drivers to multiple updates, but nothing.

I need help to solve this. ofc without formating my Pc

my aoe iv keeps crashing, twice today, and once previously. I'll be mid way through a match so not at start up. Very annoying as you can imagine.. It still keeps crashing, whenever things get really heated, so in final age with a few siege weapons and usually when I'm attacking or defending. Happening pretty much every time now

I've tried all the options above and uninstalled and re-installed it. This has only started happening recently, I've been playing without problems pretty much since the game came out.

anno and age of empires 2 are the closest i've seen so far, is age of empires 3-4 basically the same as 2 or no?
