    To whom it may concern,

    I lost access to my Age of Empires 3 Online account due to having changed email addresses and not being able to receive a password recovery link as a result. I was wondering if you might be able to change the e-mail address linked to the account for me so
    that I can recover it. I have all details such as the username, game CD key and product ID.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to change your email address ourselves. Have you read the troubleshooting article for Age of Empires III: Retrieve your ESO user name and password? To use ESO
    to retrieve an account name that you created to play Age of Empires III, you can also send an email to the following e-mail address for additional help:

    I have tried everything on that page, but I am unable to retrieve my password due to not being able to access the email account I signed up with. Sending an e-mail to that address only gives me a mail delivery failure notice so I don't think it is in use
    anymore. Are there any other steps I can take?
