Age of Empires 3 ESO Account

I recently failed to create an ESO account on AoE3:Asian Dynasties.I purchased my Steam copy of the game years ago but have never registered an account. Any entries I made into the in-game account creator failed. Going through the Age Community Account
Management to reset anything did not help me.

I then created an account on my original AoE3 copy which seemed to work with my email address. However entering this into Asian Dynasties did not work. I went back through to the AoE Community Website and used my product Key and product ID to reset my
account. It revealed a username I have never seen before and a security question I never set. I believe my copy of the game was compromised at some point as when I reset the security question it did not email me. I am not sure how this happened and whether
or not it happened recently, as I don't believe I've ever had an online account.

Is it possible for me to set up a new ESO account for Asian Dynasties? It seems someone has stolen my product key/ID and used it for their own.

Is there even any continuing support for the game?

Thanks for coming to the forums. If this is in regards to the ESO account, you will need to reach out to Bethesda. Have you played any other game owned by Bethesda on Xbox or PC? If so it is most likely you created it but do not remember the information.
