    Hello,

    I have the following problem, Bad cd key (101) with trying to create an ESO account.

    I just ordered the game short time ago from a dutch online webstore, the game they sold me was new and sealed, yet

    I have problems with creating a new account.

    I dont know where else i could seek help with the problem I have, the most fun is playing online with fellow players, Is there any possibility to resolve this issue so I could enjoy this game more?

    I do not have the CD anymore but I have the CD key etc.

    Sorry to hear it. Apparently the CD Keys from physical copies no longer work. https://forums.ageofempires.com/t/help-bad-cd-key-error-100/27365/12

    I would recommend contacting the seller for a refund and look into getting the game from Steam as is suggested in that thread. Otherwise you could try contacting their support. Their email is listed in the link as well.
