    Age of Empires 2 syncing problem when launching on windows, how do I fix this problem?


    I played Age of Empires 2 for a day and was starting to enjoy it, and at first nothing seemed wrong. Then the next day, it was stuck in sync and I couldn't get to the play the game. I tried to terminate the app, reset it, reload it, repair it, shut down the computer and restart it, but nothing worked. Can you please help me with this problem?

Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps Search for the game name and select Advanced Options Select Repair Go back to the Xbox app on your PC and try installing or updating it again If the problem persists, try the steps above again, but select Reset instead of Repair Please note that repairing the data will not delete any other data from the console.     I have the same problem.

    I played game no problem for many months. Yesterday i tried to launched it, it is stuck on 'syncing data'

    I followed steps above it didnt helped

    My windows is updated

    I tried uninstalling and installing again. No luck.

    it is frustrating, i bought few extra civlizations and cant launch game.

    Okay. So they will know there is a problem with age of empires definitive edition and they will help to fix it? Just don’t want the issue left unsolved endlessly as I have encountered this problem for 2 days already.. usually how long will the server be fixed?
