    Age of Empires 2 for Xbox will not get passed the sign in screen


    I have been trying to play Age of Empires 2 on my Xbox one for a long time. It used to work and now it does not. It doesn't matter whether I try to play on the cloud or if I have the game installed. When I load up the game and press A to sign into my account it will say I'm signed in as my gamertag but will continue to give me the spinning sign in loading wheel and will never get me into the game. This is the only game that I have this issue with and have tried many possible solutions that I've read online but nothing seems to work. Please help.
