    Age filter on store incorrectly filtering.


    I can't seem to find the setting that's causing my Store to be filtered incorrectly on my age. I checked my profile and it has the correct birthday. I have filtered my kids accounts but not my main account. I'm using the XBox app on my PC. I have admin access
    to everything I've change all settings I can find but it's still filtering. Specifically this comes up when I search for the game "Control"

    Update- I found it - I had to get on the Xbox and change it. You can't do it via the web.

    EDIT:

    I just reset my router and applied the following settings:

    Input Filter Sets:

    protocol filters=

    device filters=4

    Output Filter Sets:

    protocol filters=1

    device filters=

    Call Filter Sets:

    protocol filters=1

    device filters=

    The Output Filter and Call Filter Sets protocol filters are at 1 per default. I now applied 4 to the Input Filter decive filter. Is this okay or am I still open for possible attacks? Should I apply 1 to the Input Filter protocol filter as well?

    LOL, Yes i did, and my Live ID Email is the same email as my Xbox Email, and I have no SPAM filters on that email address, it is my own email account, so I switched off spam filtering ages ago.

    I don't think it would be possible to accurately filter players based on age. However there is a mute feature.
