    I'm 25 years old but my accout said that I am a child and it blocked me many things I need helps

    @zane, no it is the xbox account age.

    also its not the windows live id age either. its the age that was inputted during the initial creation of the xbox live profile through the console.

    You can create a new profile with an age over adulthood yes, you cannot however change the age of a profile once it's set. So in answer to your question you can create a new profile/account and have that on the same console.

    I've tried to create another profile, but since I am a child I can not choose the age
