Age authentication IPIN error

I'm trying to log in to play a game by buying a Porjorizon 4, but if I click to certify my age with an I.P.I., I'll get an error.

Xbox Support directly for assistance.

Age Verification Request.

After submitting this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request will be included. Please do not submit multiple requests. You can expect an email response within
3 days.

If the error message you're receiving is directly related to your Ipin for purchasing, then you would need to contact the service for the Ipin directly for further assistance.

Getting this message simply means that we need to verify your age using the IPIN (Internet Personal Identification Number). The IPIN system is managed by KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency).
