    Someone called me a racist word and I was framed for it because they were talking about my dead grandmother this isn't fair because I didn't curse this time and also I made an appeal so if I get banned again after Im done I will make sure they are also ban

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Xbox does not tolerate those kind of behavior in the community so if ever some gamers try to insult you, make sure to report them right away and avoid saying anything as much as possible so that they would not use that against you.

    Why is it gone again???

    When they run out of codes they remove it as an option. The length of time it takes to add them back just depends on how long it takes them to get more codes.

    You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if eligible. That is the only place to contact the enforcement team.
