Sorry to hear about what happened. Just a heads up that due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover, verify account ownership, and make changes to our accounts.

In regard to changing your account email address, you may be asked to verify it for security purposes. Try to login the account using your old email to https://account.microsoft.com and check if it will accept your password and what options it will give you upon signing in to your account. If your password is incorrect, click on reset password option to start the recovery process. Simply follow the procedure you see on-screen.

As I said I wiped my drive and no longer have access to that

As the title says, I recently subscribed to Xbox Gamepass with a brand new microsoft account. Unfortunately, I have lost the password and I can not recover it by filling the recovery form. I have tried that multiple times and now it says limit has exceeded.

In this situation, how do I cancel my Xbox GamePass subscription since I have lost access to my microsoft account?

You can use a USB Drive that the Xbox 360 supports and transfer it to that. Just put it in the Xbox you're going to use when you're playing on it.

Good question. It used to be that your offline achievements would be lost, because you recovered your profile to another console while your main console was offline, and the profile copy on your main console was no longer the "valid" one.

But since the console update in late 2012, we don't recover profiles any longer-- we download them. The profiles are much more resilient to usage on multiple consoles, as long as all the consoles in question have been updated recently-enough. But, I don't know
for sure if this prevents all offline achievement loss.
