    Latest alpha skip ahead update major booting up problems. Takes forever it just sits on the start screen xbox logo n pulsating like then finally goes to dashboard

    Green loading screen stuck

    same issue was kicked offline to update did so after update black screen for 20m did a hard reboot now stuck on green screen. download offline update tool. Will update if it solves the issue

    Cant use Xbox app........ and the support is crap!

    Having the same problem as hungryfatbear, app starts to load, stuck at a green screen. Its the 11. version and this only started after the latest windows 10 update.

    Same here... After the update it decided to start itself but got stuck on the green screen for 10+ hours. Now will not start. Everything disconnected and cables etc changed. Nothing. Help!

    Preparing console... *FREEZES DURING UPDATE*

    If you're stuck in the green screen, after rebooting from a stuck preview update, try a cold reboot. Press the Xbox logo, so the Xbox switches off, then switch off power supply. Leave it for a few minutes, then start it up. It worked for me, but stayed on
    the green screen for about 10 minutes before finally starting proper. Hope that helps.
