After the test period and waiting for my code to arrive for 3 months free of grove music, it is a date which I did not receive the code that said the promotion. I paid a month of normal subscription to see if I could receive the code and still have not received
any code. That promotion is a complete fraud. And I have paid for a service that I will not even use.

I dont recive the 3 months code for grove music.

I recently update to windows 10 pro and i got a promotion when i just open grove music, that says when subscribe i have to recive a code for 3 months of grove music for free. After set my DC information i dont recive any code on my email.

got the email conformation on 3/4/2011

it was purcahse a xbox live membership and recive a free game which was fable 3, kinectimals , halo reach, kinect sports

i chose halo reach its been a lil over two months havent got anything

I know the 14 day trials dont stack, but am pretty certain the one month trial stacks on your account. I received a free trial at the end of my Family plan and when I renewed my membership it still had that extra month attached to my subscription

The problem is that here on the website you are showing as a Silver member which suggests that perhaps an error was made while setting up your membership. Please click the link below and post if you have a membership showing.

ngocphi is correct though that you cannot get trial memberships online and that the maximum time of a trial membership is 14 days. These are limited memberships (usually limited to the game that it came with) and only offer some online features.

If you were applying for a membership online there would have been a charge for it.

The only way to get a free one month trial is by following these steps:

A new Xbox 360 console comes with 3 free 1 month trials.

1. Create a brand new gamertag on your console

2. When it asks if you want to join Live say no

3. It will offer you a free one month trial

Those trials are only available for a brand new tag and cannot be stacked.

You make no sense, you say three months by one month free then they charge me after 3 months? The thing says bloody 3 months free nothing about being charged after the 3 months.
