    After the recent update my console automatically switches off


    My One S switches off automatically after the recent update that specifically stated that they fixed consoles switching off on their own mind you this never happed before and it only happened after the update (Beta)

    Also if you use instant on mode the the update will download automatically overnight while the console is switched off.

    You will then only need to wait a few minutes while the update installs after switching on.

    Could you please tell us what is the color of the light on the power supply when this happens? Do you get any error messages, or red lights on the console itself? is the console in a well-ventilated environment?

    Hello NiLa9909! I'm sorry to hear about your issue with your console. Make sure your power button is clean, sometimes oil's from your hand can trick the console into thinking your shutting it off. Try that and let us know how it goes!
