    Xbox’s uploading to network but cannot see them on the app. Extremely. Frustrated. It works for a week and then stops working. Please fix this. Thanks.5/4/23

    I logged off the app on both my iPhone and iPad and waited one hour. Then I logged back in to the apps on both my iPad and iPhone. Now my uploads are there thank goodness Last weekend the same thing happened but when I logged off the app and logged back in it did not help,

    things are somewhat hit and miss. At least it’s working now. Thanks for replying.

    Why do I not get Notifications from the iOS Xbox app?

    Hello,

    I use the Xbox app on both my iPhone and iPad and neither are getting notifications from the app.

    Here’s all the details listed below:

    Device: iPhone X

    iOS: 15.6.1

    App Version: v2208.1.7

    Device: iPad 9th generation

    iPadOS: 15.6 (I am aware of a software update, just haven’t gotten around to updating)

    App Version: v2208.1.7

    I did try to report the issue earlier today too.

    If you need any other info, let me know.

    Yes, same here! Seems to work 'okay' on my ipad - but the messages aren't working and haven't done so since the 'group thingy update'. Although it works just fine on my kids iphones; who both installed it this Xmas Holiday - which leads me to think that
    the Xbox app is 'clashing' with something specifically on my iphone??? This is really frustrating?!?

    im getting this issue too, and its really frustrating. ive unistalled app. and everything, it seems to occur on both my ipad and iphone. so i know this isnt a problem on one device. I click join party, it asks to include audio for broadcast, i click yes.
    and my app completely crashes
