After system restore, Solitaire Collection progress is lost

Hello

On March 22, I had to do a system restore to March 17. When I logged in to the Solitaire Collection, I noticed my progress was lost. The daily challenges and Star Club were in the same state as on March 17. I have redone the five days worth of Daily Challenges
but re-earning the 90-odd stars is too much work.

When I look into achievements on my xBox account, it shows 301 stars. The Solitaire Collection shows 210.

I have tried reinstalling the app and it did not help. I chatted to a support person and they told me to post here.

Any idea what else I could try?

Lost Microsoft Solitaire Collection premium membership

I have lost my premium membership for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It is still valid up to February 04 2019.

Can you restore it?

Yes, it is possible to sign on to another computer to continue your game. Your progress in Microsoft Solitaire Collection is saved to the cloud. This link has more information:

- I replayed one game in the Star Club

The star count in the app was updated correctly. The one in the xBox account was not updated (I thought it's fair enough as the level should already be included in the 301 stars)

- I played a brand new Star Club game (one I haven't played before)
