    After Suspension


    On Oct.12th ai recieved a communications suspenison & then on Oct.14th I recieved the online services suspension. This is honestly not my first, so I can only be mad at myself. Today was the day (Oct. 29th) I could play so last night waited till 12 and hopped
    on and got into an online game. I was happy but then I tried to join a party and it still is saying im suspensed. So i contacted Xbox Live support and the lady said I had an extension for my suspension and that I wouldnt be able to see it on my Enforcement
    History (Why cant you?). She said it would be till Jan 28th of 2018... I have played maybe 4 days out of the 2 weeks. I have filed one case review and it was upheld but i was polite and honest in my apologies and that i would follow the rules due to my waste
    of money and time sitting through the suspension time limit so im done getting myself suspended. Is there anyone that can please help me on figuring out why i have an extension and how to resolve it. Please and thanks

    Unable to Speak After Communication Suspension

    I have recently been suspended for communication. However my suspension has been lifted, I am able to send messages and hear my friends again. The problem is that my friends or anybody can still not hear me. It has been almost three weeks and the problem still consists. If anybody knows any solutions to this I would appreciate it very much.

    Multi-player suspension after suspension??

    First the enforcement team does not look at these forums they handle everything through there website at enforcement.xbox.com

    Second no one is ever suspended for no reason what happens is someone has to be reported that they violated the code of conduct which can be read here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    once a report is made the enforcement team will investigate and if there was a violation then they put a suspension onto the account.

    now the reports go in line with all the other reports so let me give you an example:

    someone reports you today it goes in line with all the other reports and takes till Friday for the enforcement team to investigate and suspend your account

    well say tomorrow another person reports a violation and the enforcement team finally investigates it and there was a violation so they suspend the account on Saturday that's how you can get suspended a second time while it looks like you are already on
    a suspension.

    now keep in mind even other gaming systems have their code of conduct that you have to follow otherwise they have their suspension systems in place also.

    What part of this makes any sense? I was give this as the reason for a 2 day suspension.

    And for them to constantly issue a 2 day suspension after a 2 day suspension after 2 days suspension after a 2 days suspension after 2 days suspension Is outright Attacking me because with that it is attacking me with no way of me defending myself and if that's the case then I probably need to seek legal counsel. And if they're doing this so I'm not able to get in contact with them then they are using the rules to hurt me as a client and a customer of 18 years

    I have been suspended from communications and my case review was declined

    It could of been for something you did before your last suspension.

    There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for something.

    The decision was upheld after two investigations.You will have to wait until the suspension is over.

    To many suspensions & you will end up with 100day suspension or even a console suspension or possibly both.

    After that it's a permanent ban.

    How do I appeal a previous xbox suspension on my account?

    If it was only a 24hour suspension it's not appealable like smwutches said

    Feedback is for the enforcement team not case review

    So you will have to wait for the 1 year after the suspension to apply for ambassadorship

    And you cannot appeal after the suspension is over
