After signing in to the new Xbox, the second profile is nowhere to be found.

Make sure you are signed in to the correct account on your console. Also, make sure with your old console that your account data and the profiles you have added to them are correctly synchronized. If you have more than one profile saved to your account, you can change profiles by following these instructions. Please note that if this is a guest profile, it will be deleted when the host logs out of their account:

On Xbox Series X/S or Xbox One:

- Press the Xbox  button to open the guide. - Select Profile & System and then select Add or Change.

- Choose the profile you want to change to. - Enter the password to sign in to the Microsoft account for the new profile. To do it on Xbox 360

- On your Xbox 360 console, go to Social, then select Sign in or Sign out.

- Select your profile to log in.

- Select Continue and then sign in to the Microsoft account to get the new profile.

If the problem persists, make sure you have an Internet connection and restart your console. I hope this can help you.

This is the disc version.

The "tests" we have run are removing my profile and reinstalling it. Moving it from a thumb drive to the actual console. Using a friends xbox instead with my profile logged in. No matter what way we try it. If my profile is signed in. The game will quite
after load screens.

The game works fine if any other profile is signed in as long as mine is NOT signed it. It will start and they can even play the game with no problems, but as soon as my profile signs in the entire xbox will freeze.

Our best guess would be that the actual data for gears of war two within my profile must be messed up in some way. I have played through it multiple times so this kind of came out of nowhere.

I have found no other game with problems like this either.

I found a work around you have to sign in as a second profile without the xbox insider program close the app open it back up make sure the console companion app is open aswell than sign back in as the main profile this will need to be done after every session however it should allow you to download aswell as stream games!

After entering the code on Microsoft on Xbox it keeps saying the code has already been redeemed. But nowhere to be found in my account.
