If you think someone has your account information. We recommend to
change your password. You can also remove the devices after you change your password. If someone does know the information, they will not be able to sign in again. Do you have any children? They could of signed in at a friends house and forgot to remove
the account.

After unlinking all the devices did you remove game services via PowerShell, and reset both Xbox and Microsoft store apps? Also try doing the wsreset via the windows + R run, then doing a restart after all that.

it will depend on what code you are referring too.

If it's the passcode on the Xbox One, entering a wrong one 3 times should result in it asking for the account password, in this case the parental account password.

If it's on Xbox 360, then you should be able to reset the family passcode on

if the 360 console shows there. If it doesn't then you will need to reach out to Xbox Support via Phone or Chat to get assistance. This can be done via
