    My card info expired and i didnt know till the end of this month and it declined the GPU subscription, instantly couldnt connect to any online games. I went in yesterday and paid the pending fee and renewed it, 24 hours later ive been having the same issue since. Cant connect to any gme servers i can see friends online, join their parties etc but no connection to online multiplayer. Please help ive gone to the online specialist and they are useless, told me to wait on it. 24 hours later nothing

    If we may ask, have you changed your credit card or change the way you pay since the card that was tied up was expired already?

    To check if your subscription was successfully renewed, check it through this link: Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions. You may also try removing the card and add it again to refresh it from previous error. To remove and readd the credit card, follow the steps below:

    • Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

    • Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options.
    • Under Payment methods, you can select Add a new payment method, View or edit card, or Remove card.
    • Enter your updated info, and select Save. You're done unless you see more prompts.

    Yes, but I just did the game pass ultimate for 14.99 just to avoid any other problems...as the game centers around online play it makes since now after I've deleted, re downloaded, held the reset button, un plugged it, cursed at it lol. But as soon as I renewed my live ultimate subscription.....let me right in

    Xbox Live (actually the Xbox Network) is just the service used to connect to the servers. Gold is the subscription required to play online. It's also available through Game Pass Ultimate.

    Hello again, the value for uprade is the amount you had paid for Game PAss Ultimate, whether 1, i2 or 3 months, after that as I mentioned the Gold that has in the account will convert to Game Pass Ultimate, ideally after the conversion turn off the auto-renewal.
