Hi. So this had happened to me with Forza Horizon 2 but I assumed it was a game glitch until now. I recently uninstalled Assassins creed Unity to make room on my console. After reinstalling it and loading it up, I was forced to start from the beginning of
the game. My save data is still there when I go to "manage game" and when I compare it to friends' progress I can see my achievements and it says I have completed the game. I even went on the "Uplay" website and my progress is on there as well. For some reason
the game doesn't recognize my save data. After deleting and re-downloading my profile, resetting to factory defaults, and spending an hour with xbox support, it is still not solved. Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it? Pleas help!!

I just checked release date in games it says the 14th is this wrong.

That's the problem I never hit reinstall on anything. The weird thing is it says it's updating and it's been updating for an hour now. Where did all 38GB of the game go?

It seems to me like the communication between the Xbox LIVE servers and the Uplay servers where your saves are stored seems to be working correctly.

Have you tried deleting your game profile then re-downloading it through the Cloud?

I’m using backwards compatible I’ve tried restarting my console I’ve re installed the games I’ve deleted the saved data

You can remove the game and keep the save data on your HDD.

After that you can re-install the game.

I've actually tried that, including deleting the game, save data, its DLC, the Title Update, my GamerTag, then re-downloading the GamerTag and game, re-deleting the Title Update since that auto-downloads now, and then playing the unpatched game while offline.

I've had no luck. Even while offline, and after creating new save data, the game knows some of my race times. It is a mystery.

I sincerely hope that Behaviour is working on a patch. I'm guessing they're focused on CC2 now though.

I have the xbox one and just bought this game. Same issues for me; "no saved data". I did this twice now. So what I did was uninstalled and re installed the game and there was my data. So last night I completely 100% let the game install and tried again.
Saved and exit; I'll know later today after work if it worked this time. Has anyone since this post had success in saving your game data?
