    After purchasing this laptop that came preinstalled with Windows 11, I got Xbox Ultimate...


    Basically the title. After purchasing this laptop that came preinstalled with Windows 11, I got Xbox Ultimate for 3 months (yes I know, new information) and it (hopefully) was on my account, the 3 months.

    I then had to change OS because the hardware really couldn't support windows 11 or 10 so I had to get something more lightweight. How do I redeem that online? (btw I have an Xbox if I can redeem it on there). Or do I need to install the Microsoft store app with Wine (makes it so I can run exe files)?

    We totally understand that you want to redeem your Xbox Ultimate subscription, you can follow these steps:



    1. Go to the Xbox website and sign in to your Microsoft account.

    2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Redeem code" from the drop-down menu.

    3. Enter the code that came with your laptop and click "Redeem".

    4. Follow the prompts to complete the redemption process.



    Alternatively, you can also redeem the code on your Xbox console by following these steps:



    1. Turn on your Xbox console and sign in to your Microsoft account.

    2. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    3. Select "Profile & system" and then select "Settings".

    4. Select "Account" and then select "Redeem code".

    5. Enter the code that came with your laptop and click "Redeem".

    6. Follow the prompts to complete the redemption process.



    You do not need to install the Microsoft Store app with Wine to redeem your subscription.

    Can't sign into Game Pass PC

    I don't know what's happening with my computer so mine is more than just the Xbox PC app on my laptop it wont load Microsoft store, Cortana or a few other Microsoft apps.

    it all kinda started after my laptop went to windows 11, for a brief while there on windows 10 all the apps were working but instantly after the update nothing worked. i got the laptop a few days ago so it shouldn't have these issues.

    note: changing back to windows 10 did nothing
