    I'm facing issue during purchasing games, some like GTA not working (hanging) and some asking for original CD.

    could someone help me through checking my profile and advise any step required to get my games or refund my money ?

    i cant purchase xbox live. says theres an error code 80190864

    i am trying to purchase xbox live gold membership and it wont let me. It just says cant retrieve information from xbox live please try again later. status code 80190864. Need some help please. Also tried purchasing it on this website and its saying ive found

    Hey, could you try purchasing it from the Xbox website instead?

    It should pop up in the ready to install section after that!

    That might be a bit of a pickle. But there is one way I can think of that you still could purchase until the 30 days are up. Some retail websites have the ability to be able to purchase downloadable instant Xbox credit gift card codes to redeem for your
    xbox account, just find one of those websites because I am not at liberty to post external links.

    Find one of those websites and pay through them, I have used some websites like that occasionally and works a treat.

    Then just simply redeem the codes you bought and start purchasing and count those 30 days down, they'll go pretty quick! :)

    Halo Master Chief Collection not working

    It's really annoying my game was hanging at the start screen as well.

    After some troubleshooting i managed to get it started

    I had to go to :

    manage game and add-on

    And clear the save data - I had to clear from everywhere.

    I cleared reserve space as well.

    Unable to Purchase from Xbox Video on Console, Xbox Marketplace on Xbox.com or through Zune.

    After some time, I tried redownloading something I already purchased. This at least told me it was a purchasing issue.

    On xbox.com website, I went through my account and updated my visa information and my contact information -- even though nothing has changed. I then bought additional 400 points, just to make sure that could go through.

    After all that I finally went and started purchasing my rock band 3 songs and finally got one to go through as a purchase. I easily spent more than the 400pts that I just bought, so it wasn't some type of error on my points.

    I still have to verify that it will download to my console and if I can purchase on my xbox as well; especially since I can't buy pro guitar/bass add-on for the songs on the website.

    It would be so much easier if i could download the xbox 360 game from my pc or phone. But the process still hangs (with everything from xbox360 marketplace) after confirming the free purchase.

    This still hasn't been fixed.

    I have to boot the old 360 again to get the game.
