After payment Robux are not received

Is there any way to load up the game without having a console? Such as an emulator or something alike?

Robux sold on the Xbox store are for the Xbox version of the game. To get access to your purchased Robux, you have to load up the game on an Xbox console at least once after purchasing the Robux.

Hi there! You can redeem the gift card by going to the xbox store-> use a code-> then you enter the gift card

after you enter the gift gcard to use it for robuxs you go into roblox->robux-> choose the one you want-> the payment option should say microsoft account then your balance (if not click on the payment option thats there then microsoft account)-> click confirm

The robuxs should be in your account

Check your Roblox purchase history at https://www.roblox.com/transactions to confirm if the purchase went through.

If the Robux was charged but not delivered, submit a support ticket directly to Roblox here:

https://www.roblox.com/support

Choose Billing & Payments > Robux and explain what happened.
