    After new xbox app update only get a white screen [2203.1001.1.0]


    So after the latest xbox app pc update everytime i try to start up the app it goes to a white screen and doesn't respond at all it will not shut down normally i have to use task manager to force the shutdown off the app.
    I tried to delete and reinstall the app but that didn't work tried to see if i needed a windows update but windows is up to date and tried wired and wireless connection to see if that was the issue but the problem still remains. If anybody have any other suggestionson what i can try to resolve the issue that would be appriciated.

    I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?

    As of the restart the Xbox App seems to be loading forever on the "Launching the Xbox App" screen and the Sign in white screen continues on the Game Bar even after resetting the MS store and resigning in to it.

    Meaning that as of right now the only temporary fix is to reset Both the Xbox App and Game Bar everytime it first opens after it crashes (as it often does) or when I restart the computer. Which is quite a hassle because it resets the layout of the widgets and all the sound settings I change within it

    Sorry. Have not had time to check this forum lately.

    I get shown no error at all.

    I get an "Xbox record that" in the voice icon in the top right hand side of the screen, but it is white as opposed to the green that it used to be.

    I get NO notification on the screen or even in my notification hub.

    I've been into the UPLOAD app and searched for capture clips, but nothing new is evident.

    My thoughts is that the latest update has glitched my capture service.

    And yes, I have cycled the console power a couple of times since then.

    is there any chance that your xbox app or microsoft store needs an update ?

    to check open your microsoft store app and click the more icon in the top right ( looks like this ....) then click downloads and updates then click get updates

    and update the apps if needed , this happened to me before and this fixed it. Hope it helps
    Gives the white screen when I press the sign open. And it closes immediately. Then again and again
