Same problem here. Regarding the packet loss, how come I never had this problem before? It started after the latest console update for xbox one. When I try the ping test, the most packet loss I get is 2 packets which adds up to 0%, but when I check my xbox
one it says the loss is 100%. WTF?? Does anyone have any solution? Thanks

the packet loss is new it started a while ago but according to xbox its on there part and it should be fixed once they sort the packet loss but the thing is i was playing with the 100% packet loss and no problems but then a lag spike happend and even when
fixed i can only party chat for about 10 seconds

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. Do I need to redownload and copy the OSU1 files to a USB again for the August 2019 update then? Or is OSU1 not in-line with the latest OS update and merely a 'rescue OS' to get things moving for the time being?

FYI, the one I downloaded again on August 14, 2019 updated my console to the July 2019 OS version, not August.

Is there no other way to update other that the OSU1 solution? I'm still on the July 2019 OS although things are running fine.

Xbox Live system update is a no-no for me as it corrupts the OS and then everything pretty much stops working.

Same issue with my xbox one after the update on August 19. I noticed it right away on Black Ops 3. Every single multiplayer match since the dashboard update im getting that little stutter/lag while playing every 10 seconds. I did all the Hard resets and
Power Cycling of the console. Aswell as clearing Cache and reinstalling the game. Im on a wired connection 200 Mb down 20 Mb up and 0 packet loss. In Black Ops 3 i have 4 green bars of connection low ping time and no packet loss either. Yet every match i have
that little stutter/lag. like the screen pauzes for a split second. After some testing i noticed that it happens to me when i am in a Xbox one Party Chat with friends. When i jump out of the Party Chat The game seems to run Smooth again. So i jumped back in
the Party chat again and the little stutter/lag is back every 10 seconds or so. I really hope this can be resolved soon
