after I left the new beta all my things that I had bought has disappeared

Have you unrolled from the program and reinstalled the normal version?

It did though and thats the thing. I had about 10$ left on my account after i had bought the ultimate gamepass for the month. I bought it using a gift card I had received for my birthday. I had no other card or paypal linked to my account which means i
had no way to pay for the gamepass after the month yet now i find out that it has been charging just onto nothing apparently. I hope i’m making sense here, i’m just confused is all.

I had that problem after the BF3 beta ended , i deleted the beta from my hard drive and it started working again , i now have a new issue if i try to connect it seems to start working (after i pick the find game option) but then just stops the box disappears
and im back with the screen to pick map/gametype etc. The only thing i can do to get it working is to fire up singleplayer , load up my progress , end the game then go back to multiplayer and its fine...........its an odd old game :0/

I'm on BETA as well and it credited my account with $ for my left over points. I have also been able to add more $ to my account with the credit cards I had attached to my account so I don't think there is an issue with the marketplace as such. I once to
had the same issue with not being able to authorise before BETA and it was literally a credit card thing. Make sure you have deleted all your old cards of the account, then add the new one and make sure expiry dates and everything are all good.

same here just bought it and it said I would get the free beta with the download and when I bought it everything about the beta disappeared, want a refund if I don't get the beta
