After factory reset, the gamer score appears to be 0.

Hi.

When I first played the Halo mcc multiplayer game and then looked at the result table, I couldn't see the opponent's gamertag.

At first I thought it was a simple server error, but it was not fixed after 24 hours.

So I reinstalled the halo mcc and the error still occurred so I did a factory reset of the series x console.

Then I got an error that now the gamertag is showing 0 points and the gamer picture is not showing.

And now i can't change my gamer picture on console, app, or web.

All of the above errors are occurring not only in my main account but also in my secondary account.

In this regard, I did a Google search, and there were people who had the same experience as me, but I couldn't find a solution.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

It's such a frustrating situation.

Unfortunately I'm not an Xbox employee xyster, but I would suggest contacting Xbox for this issue!

If possible, can you please check if the gamer picture changes now on the console, in the app, or on the web?

There is also an error changing the gamer picture, such as 0 gamer score, but it cannot be changed at all on console, app, or web.

If it is an unreasonable request, you can ignore it.

It's already helping a lot.

Hi there Xyster welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Unfortunately, I suffered the same glitch a year ago and I don't think you will like the outcome. Three months was the time I spent without all my Gamerscore after the three months there was an update and magically PUF all my GS was back. I talked with Xbox, Microsoft, game developers, Reddit users, etc. No solution I read that a user fixed it by logging in to a friend's Xbox! That could work for you as well!
