I understand you need help on your Xbox problem.

This could already be a hardware/firmware issue but we can try doing a manual reset and see if you can still turn it back on.

Please do this:

- Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

- Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

- Wait 30 seconds.

- Plug the power cord back in on another outlet.

- Press and hold the BIND button (the one to SYNC controllers) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

- Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.

Note: If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

- You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

- The console should start and show the Troubleshooting screen

- Choose "Reset this Xbox" and then "Keep games and apps".

Mine did that to me but I just turned off the console by pressing the logo on the xbox and after it shut down unplugged the power brick for 5 seconds the plugged it In and turned it on. Fixed it right away, I wasn't even able to get into my tv settings to
fix it lucky I complete shut down was all it needed

Have you power cycle/hard reset the console after you installed the game?

You can do it by pressing and holding the xbox logo infront for 10 seconds. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on.

I had this issue too. I fixed it in the following way:

- Turn off your Xbox by pressing the power button on the console itself (white Xbox logo).

- Wait for all the lights to turn off on every device (Kinect, controller and the console itself).

- Power on your console by pressing the white Xbox logo on the controller itself, not the console.

Everything worked as intended after that.

I have the same problem! Since the second to last Insider update my Xbox won't turn on after an update attempt during the night. Power brick is bright orange, while the Xbox is in instant on power mode. When I press the xbox logo it tries to play the start
up tune but it doesn't and nothing happens. Only way to get it to boot is to unplug the power brick, let it rest for a while, unplug all USB devices and plug the power brick back in. After booting up, manually start the update again, and when it's finished
plug all USB devices back in. And after that I have no problem booting anymore untill the next update attempt during the night.
