after a stalled download, I can,t re install , cause it says my code has already been redeemed

Since this is a code that you redeemed, you just need to use now the Microsoft account where the code was redeemed. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the redemption transaction from there stated as "completed" or "redeemed". Once confirmed, make sure that you're signed in under that Microsoft account on both Microsoft Store App and Xbox App then search for the game for you to install.

No need to use the code again.

I am having a similar issue - redeemed the code on Xbox.com - when I went to my Xbox One the app to install WAS under 'my games & apps' so I installed - when it got to 100% it gave me a message 'cannot complete installation' - Uninstall and try again. So
I uninstalled - and now the install is nowhere to be found on the Xbox One - tried re-entering the code and it says 'this code has already been redeemed'

It states the code has already been redeemed but no T-Shirt in my avatar.

Hi all, I am getting the same code (0x87dd0019) in relation to Forza 5 Day One downloadable content (using the code supplied in the box). It says installation stopped, and then gives me this error code.

Any ideas? Have tried to redeem the code again, but it says it has already been redeemed. Anyway to remove the failed download and start it again?

After entering the code on Microsoft on Xbox it keeps saying the code has already been redeemed. But nowhere to be found in my account.
