    xbox insider please send me quests and things to do

    You can't ask for things to be added just for you to do.

    Everyone get's the same amount of quests etc,there is no "fast way" to rank up.

    Pretty much everyone in the alpha & beta rings were with the preview program before it became the insider program so are long time testers.

    It's always best to post anything related to the insider program in the insider forums at the top of the page.

    If you're an Xbox Insider then you will get more updates as compared to others. Even as an insider there are 4 different rings - alpha, beta, delta and omega. Being in alpha ring will result in a lot of updates, and number of updates goes down as you reduce
    your level.

    If you do not want frequent updates you can unenroll from the program.
