After 3 weeks, my replacement controller still has not arrived.

Wow, that's a lot of time honestly I was bothering them as a fly, calling everyday until something was done about the issue.

Fellow replacement buddy here, well my experience was similar but with my Xbox Series X, mine took a month and a half to arrive, the Xbox agent I spoke to told me that this was due to the pandemic and the absence of some workers at the repair shop, also repeated my address around 10 times lol, everytime I got called by an agent I had to repeat everything, a real hassle but at the end I got my console back thankfully.

When was the last time you spoke to an agent?

I would say it was November 19th when I called them. They haven't called me or anything which is totally fine, I just wish I would have at least gotten the tracking email. Thanks for the help!

I have had the same problem on the left analogue stick. The original one was sent off to Xbox and the replacement arrived not long after. The replacement has developed the exact same issue ( stick drift, sagging into controller and horrible rattle)

I am speaking to support chat right now to get it repaired/replaced again.

Considering the cost of the handset the reliability is shocking.

The second controller only has 5 weeks of use. The original managed 7 weeks.

Considering a Scuf replacement depending on the outcome of this conversation.

I strongly recommend you do not buy one. My left bumper broke after 5 weeks and they will not give me a refund. After an hour of phone calls they agreed to replace it. I have to send it to Germany and wait for a replacement which will take 2 to 3 weeks.
2 to 3 weeks without a controller.
