After 10 days i still diddnt got the code

I dont know what i should do . i bought the Halo wars 2 Ultimate Edition and theres written that i become the halo def. Edition code in 7-10 days . so after the 10 days i still diddnt get it . is it possible that theres a problem ?

Purchased Game Pass deal with Forza Games, and still no game codes after 10-11 days.

I purchased Game Pass deal with Forza Games, and still no games after 10-11 days.

A friend of mine bought this deal 9-10 days ago and got the Forza 7 and Forza Horison 3 codes after 3-4 days.

Anyone else who jumped on this deal that got the game codes yet?

The American Nightmare codes will be sent to you within 7-10 days of the purchase so if after 10 days you still got no code, post here again.

As for the original Alan Wake + DLC codes they will be going out soon. I am waiting for them both as well
