GOW 360 Collection

I am still waiting on my GOW 360 Collection codes after purchasing an XBOX One S bundle with GOW4 on Black Friday. I have been told by support that it should have been received either via email or via XBOX messenger within 10 days, and I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING.
They told me to post here in an effort to resolve this issue. PLEASE HELP! The GOW collection was the major reason I bought the new console!

GoW collection missing after redeeming a copy of gears 4 on 11th Oct.

I bought an xbox one s gears 4 bundle and after redeeming it on 11th Oct I am still yet to receive my codes for GoW collection and i've pretty much waited a month and still nothing. please help

It can take up to 30 days to receive the codes. If you don't receive them after 30, you'll need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum so support can check on them for you.

I'm in the same boat. Bought the 1TB GoW 4 bundle, installed GoW 4 on 10/20 but still don't have the codes. I launched the game but didn't "play" it as I want to run through them in order. Contacted chat, they knew nothing. Called support and the guy is
still following up with me/looking into it. I originally saw the 7-10 wait time but now I'm hearing (from these forums) it's up to a month. So I bought a console to play the GoW collection in order but I have to wait a month to play on it. Awesome.

Refunds usually take 10-14 business days to process after they received the console you sent them. They need to check and make sure it's still in working order and nothing is missing from the bundle.

You stated - "The Xbox reached the Microsoft Returns Center on January 8th"

The 14th business day would be January 26th.

Support will get back to you about the game codes, but the $10 gift card should be emailed about 10 business days after the game shipped. So it would still be a few days before you're supposed to receive that. If you still don't receive it, you'll need to
contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep in mind that if you're a Rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code (about 15 business days after the game shipped).
