Advisors repeatedly requesting me to go to someone's house

Hi can you please get your agents to stop telling people to leave there home and go to someone elses home during a word wide pandemic and uk lockdown.also i have read my terms and conditions of my warranty and can't see anywhere on saying i need a printer
to get my controller fixed . How do i get these fixed without a printer its very disappointing thatme and my son have went through for the past few weeks trying to get this fixed . Also why is support availble for people to buy stuff from xbox but no support
    for broken controllers

    :)

We are sorry you are having with what seems like a Catcha-22 issue.

    Breathe.

First, is your controller new? If so have you connected it via USB and updated the firmware? Many out-of-the-box controllers first need a firmware update.

    https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/update-xbox-wireless-controller

If that does not work, then do as my colleague said and contact, support using the link he gave you.

You do not have to have a printed return, just the RMA information Customer Support will give you. The same goes for a return to a 3rd party supplier. Contact them via phone. If under their warranty (usually 30days)

If from Microsoft, the Elite has a 1yr and the standard Xbox One controller has 90days.

Again, nothing needs to be printed but just clearly written. Printing it just speeds things up with the bar code.

Let us know your progress. We want to help.

unfortunately you have to print out the return shipping label to send the controller back.

if your local library is open you could get it printed there as they usually offer that service, but without the label you can't send the faulty controller back.

if it is impossible to get to a printer until the lockdown ends, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    click on Contact Us

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

    skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a Call or Chat Online.

then explain that you have absolutely no access to a printer until the lockdown is lifted and "non-essential" shops/businesses are open again for you to get the shipping label printed

exactly what to wright on the return label

Unable to claim warranty on Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller

Go through the automated advisor, that'll eventually ask for the serial number and generate a returns request.
You then get an email saying someone will be in contact with the details.

All you have to do is camp
People repeatedly running into someone camping = bad player. I think campers are the smarter ones, taking advantage of the retards that go LEWL I SE U ON DER CAMS IMA GERT U
If they kill me once then I know where they are sooo how would I keep repeatedly getting killed by them?
