    Recently Xbox Video had a sale going on for TV series at $9.99 a season. I loved the show "Tales from the Crypt" when I was younger, and I saw that it was one of the shows being advertised. There are 7 seasons of the show, and I bought the sixth season
    to see if my wife liked it before I purchased the rest. She liked it as much as I did, and when I went to purchase the rest the option was missing. I could buy the episodes individually which cost way more than the sale price, but not the whole season.
    I did check back each day while the sale was on and I was unable to purchase anymore seasons. However, when the sale ended the option to purchase the entire season was available again, but at double the previously posted price.

    I would not be pushing the issue except that the show was listed the whole time during the sale. Other shows had all their seasons available for purchase, so I just did not understand why it would be advertised as a sale item with no purchase option. If
    a supervisor could contact me about this matter I would appreciate the assistance. Thank you.

    The deal is currently being advertised on Sales and Specials. If it is no longer available I do not understand why it is being faslely advertised on Sales and Specials. If it is being advertised for one price it should cost that price.

    Black Friday sale-games advertised are NOT on sale.

    The Evil Within is currently advertised for $29.99 but when I added it to my cart it was $59.99! None of the sale prices are valid it seems. Oh well. I logged in last night at 9pm PST, 10pm 11pm and midnight just in case the sales started at midnight in
    whatever time zone in the USA. None of the games I was planning to buy were available at the advertised sale prices. Kinda lame. At least the sale on Playstation stores are/were still valid and I picked up a couple of games there with no hassle or bait and
    switch prices.

    I think for this. You should called phone support. Because it faster reponed then the forums will be. But I will give you the number next time this happen. In Canada and US. It 1-800-4MY-XBOX. So enjoy time playing you XBOX.
