It appears that you're having challenges in accessing with your Advanced Warfare supply drops not showing up on your Xbox Series S. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

To access your Advanced Supply Drops, you need to go to the Multiplayer menu and select the Find Match option. Then, press the Menu button on your controller and select the Redeemable Loot option. You should see your Advanced Supply Drops there and be able to open them.

On the other hand, you can try the following steps below. This is taken from the official site provided by the game developer support team:

1. Back out to the Main Menu.
   
2. Return to the Multiplayer lobby.
   
3. Check the New Items section again for the Advanced Supply Drop.
   

On rare occasions, Advanced Supply Drop purchases may take up to 20 minutes to show up in the game.

Additionally, you can also perform the steps below:



1. Check your purchase history: Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account. From there, go to "Payment & billing" and then "Order history" to see if the purchase went through.



2. Restart your console: Sometimes, simply restarting your console can help resolve issues like this. Try turning off your Xbox Series S, unplugging it from the power source, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.
