    So my account, for some odd reason, whenever I try to buy anything, free or with money, it is telling me, "Sorry. You may not purchase this content. Please complete this purchase using an adult account." There is no error code going along with this, so I
    cannot look it up, and there is just a button that says "Okay" which takes me back a page. It is also a problem because my account is an Adult account. There are no clear solutions on the internet I have found, and this has been going on for a few years.

    If I want to buy something, I have to go onto my Xbox 360 console, and buy it from there, and it will transfer onto my Xbox one.

    Same problem here. I'm a adult with a adult account. And everything in privacy settings is set to allow.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly validate if your birthdate is set up correctly via https://account.microsoft.com/profile.

    If it's set up incorrectly, you may need to wait for your account to mature naturally.

    NORE, the problem is not Adult Content being displayed over an Adult Profile. A simple solution is to set up a Child's Account on your Xbox 360 and Filter the appropriate Content in which you see fit.

    Simple answer, an Adult Profile means Adult Content will be available. Child Profile is per the parents request.

    To Zen, When you promote them to an Adult It takes them out of the family gold plan.The problem with it is when you add adults to it their profile is changed into a child account.
