Adult account accidentally deleted

If you know what the email and Microsoft account password is for the adult account you can just add it back to the console if you do not know what the password is but know the email you can go to account.live.com/acsr and fill out the account recovery form
and try to reset the password and once its reset you can then add it back to the console

Kindly check all Microsoft account that you may have used, check the domains as well as it can make a difference. We just need to locate the account that you previously used and we should be good to go.

I was following directions with one of the troubleshooting things I think it was the one where it always asked for the password and a code, I never got a code, and I did check if my number was correct, and it was. The troubleshooting said to reset the console, which I did, but it didn't fix it. The next idea was to remove account. I did, I put in all my account info, but it was like a new account. All of my stuff was gone. I tried everything I could think of, but it didn't work.

If I may ask, what action you have made when you said that you accidentally deleted your account? This is to validate what exactly happen to check what options we can do.

If you deleted your account off of your console you can recover the gamerrag by selecting the “recover gamertag”. If you deleted it from Microsoft than it is permanently deleted.
