    Ads now appear in MS Solitaire Collection after paid annual fee


    How do I get rid of the ads that now appear, again, in MS Solitaire Collection. I paid the annual update fee to have premium? I've tried deleting and reloading, logging off Xbox and logging back making sure it's the same email address/login I use for
    all Microsoft products, and quitting and restarting. The problem just started occurring this week. I have 4.6.4030.0, modified 4/21/2020, so I wonder if something was amiss with that update? My settings were initialized, also, though after logging in my name
    and history are remembered. Any advice?

    I cannot get Microsoft Ultimate Word Games to work on my new computer. I get error code 0x803F8001

    I have Windows 10 and I pay an annual fee for Microsoft Solitaire Collection, which contains Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. Shouldn't I be able to use the Ultimate Word Games, since I pay for the Solitaire Collection? I did update everything in my laptop computer. I tried Repair, but have not tried to Reset yet.

    The message I get, when I try to access it is that to Pair a Device I need PIN AVH-200EX685495.

    Any resolution yet? Same thing happened to me with Microsoft Solitaire PREMIUM (paid annually) app on my iPad!

    Well it happens now in the solitaire collection too. Microsoft should delete that stupid ad.

    Can't play the game as ads keep repeating....

    The Solitaire Collection ran just fine yesterday. It showed the ad, you viewed the ad, then used the "X" in the top right corner, which brought you back to the solitaire game you were trying to play. Today, after the ad runs, it automatically takes you
    to the Microsoft store. When you exit the store it brings you back to the solitaire game but runs another ad, then brings you to the Microsoft store. This happens repeatedly and you can't get past the ad to play the game. I'm wondering if the free version
    of these games is going to not longer be available, or if MS is planning to fix this issue.

    I just updated my Lenovo W510 to 8.1 and now I'm seeing this jerkiness in the Solitaire collection. There doesn't appear to be any update for the solitaire collection in Windows Store. Any update on when an update that returns the smooth animation?
