    Ads - just go white screen without going premium how do I fix?


    Played almost all the games for the month - I get to the last game the ad doesn't load - it's just been going white screen with nothing for 10 min - I had a little patience left. I've cleared cookies, restarted the game, restarted the computer. I have strong
    enough wifi. this just started in past two days some days ads load others they don't. is there a bad ad in the que? is it the bmw ad causing the issue?

    Premium account showing ads at work.

    Game seems to work fine without ads on my desktop computer at home, but ads do show up when I play on my work's laptop computer. It's not just the ads but any premium feature is enabled in that laptop. I can confirm I'm connected
    to the same account in both computers. Is this intended and the premium account is bound to just one windows installation? Am I required to buy the game twice in order to not see ads? If so I'm cancelling my premium account. That would be absurd..

    How do I remove ads from sudoku? Most other games have "Premium Edition." which you can pay a fee to have the ads removed, so do you have such an offering on sudoku?

    Daily Challenge Solitaire Not Working for 3 Days - hung advertisement

    Same thing is happening to me for the past week. The ad makes it 5 seconds in and hangs up with a white screen. Sometimes I can get out of it and advance, but most the time it just goes back to the intro screen. Very frustrating, it like they want to force
    you to go to premium.

    I also have the problem. Today I was able to play 28 out of the 30 solitaire games. The last two had the ads that would not load. On the others if white screen then I would go to the next game and play ad then go back to one with
    white screen and it would work. So annoying.

    I don’t know what it was because I had tried everything and even had 3 support agents unsuccessful with this issue. I just signed in and it allowed me finally so thank you so much for assistance man. Really appreciate it!

    Hi Twan M! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

    I am very sorry that you are having this problem, with these steps below you can try to solve the problem:

    Step 1. Turn off your console.
    Step 2. Unplug all external storage drives from the console's USB ports.
    Step 3. Turn on your console.
    Step 4. Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Keep Games & Apps.

    Just keep in mind that you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete this process.

    Note: Resetting your console to factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox partnerships. Anything not synced with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the Internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up to the cloud.

    • If your console does not allow you to access the settings menu to reset it, try doing it through the troubleshooting menu. So:

    1. Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds.
    2. Plug your console back into the outlet.
    3. While the console is off, press and hold the BIND button.
    4. Without releasing it, press the power button once (do not hold it down).
    5. Continue holding BIND for 15 seconds.

    The BIND button is the one used to bind controllers to your console.

    If the troubleshooting menu appears, select "Reset Xbox" > "Keep games and apps."
