    Specific ads freeze the window

    Certain ads will freeze the window during game play. I don't mind the ads placed where they are, but can you resolve the freezing issue? Also, please make it possible to report those ads which cause problems from within the window.

    Seems to be a compatibility issue with ADS. Very annoying!

    Ads and Sound issues

    Unfortunately, we have received other reports of users experiencing issues on Windows RT when rendering ads.

    I have not heard of a user reporting a sound issue like the one described by you before. Have you made sure that your sound driver is up to date?

    Hello Recon, it may be a problem with the Marketplace all together hence so many people are reporting problems with redeeming codes. Also, it's not a good time to purchase the Annihilation map pack since so many people are having problems with connecting
    to the lobby in that map. :)

    Is this the only game that you are experiencing the strange sound issue with? Is your sound driver up to date? Unfortunately, we have received other reports of ad rendering issues with games running on Windows Surface RTs.

    Have you, by any chance, earned about 8,000G on Xbox One games?

    If so, that would be the reason as, after redownloading the profile to a 360, the 360 does not always reflect the Xbox One gamerscore. If you earn another achievement on One, that should be enough to force the 360 to update its information. Fortunately,
    your gamerscore is appearing correctly everywhere else, so it doesn't seem like there's anything to worry about, especially if it is Xbox One gamerscore being the total discrepancy.
