    Ads Freeze Games--Makes Them Unplayable


    Having the same issue with all the Microsoft games. Everything freezes while it tries to populate the ad. This causes errors and countdown clock issues when playing a game, making them virtually unusable. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!! Look at all the people here
    complaining about the same thing.

    A response to everyone that someone has seen the problem and is working on it would be appreciated.

    Both. It reads the games just fine but the loading and freezing makes them unplayable

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection ads freeze

    I'm having the same problem. Ads will sometimes freeze at the end. This has been an intermittent but ongoing problem for the past month, making Microsoft Solitaire Collection virtually unplayable as it makes the overall experience very frustrating.

    I agree. It makes the game unplayable. Due to the few modders who constantly freeze the game up.

    Microsoft Sudoku freezing and lost history of completions

    The freezing is being caused by the pop-up ad. The ad tries to load and gets stuck, resulting in the game being suspended. they need to either remove the ads or make them static.
