Ads blocking screen unable to play sudoku

Seems to be a compatibility issue with ADS. Very annoying!

Ok, I tried to perform a clean boot and I got the problem to change. Sudoku would now crash as it starts (the Sudoku window will appear and then disappear). I tried to reset and then to uninstall/reinstall Sudoku and now I am back to it loading but when
I try to play any game, I get the end screen of the ad and when I close the ad, I go back to the selection screen. Is there a log file somewhere that will tell me what is going on?

I am manually checking for updates and windows has no updates available/pending. I have exited the clean boot (after Sudoku was crashing) and I am ready to try the next troubleshooting step.

Normally you are right and you can use it the next day. But now it is already 3 days, and with sudoku i only get the wrong ad and cannot play sudoku now for 3 days,

Nonsense to the reply! The ad is broken in whichever game it appears. Microsoft Sudoku is currently affected on the PC platform. The X for close ad does not work, the box to select the game does not work, restarting computer does not work. I have done all
these things and still get the same ad and the same results. I cannot see the Sudoku game because the ad has blocked it now for over 30 minutes of retries.

How about getting in there and FIX YOUR PROBLEM so we can enjoy the game which is part of your expensive op system.
