I have tried so many adresses, including fake ones, nothing works, How do i get to use my redeem code if i can't use my adress to confirm it???

this happens because you are putting in a different address than the one that is put on the card. or it's just the wrong zip code. I would recheck everything. if that does not work restart your Xbox

What is a profile address

If youre trying to buy something on your xbox, and it says profile adress, its referring to your house adress. In this order; [Address Line one] Your house number and street name. The second line is optional. The third line is what city/town you live in.
Then the state you live in, then thats it.
